  • Yes, we offer direct billing for most major insurance providers. For your first visit, please bring your insurance card and any relevant policy information.

    For all future visits, we’ll submit your claim directly at the time of your appointment, so you only need to pay your deductible or co-pay, if applicable. No paperwork, no hassle.

  • Please bring your health card or ID, insurance information (if applicable), and any relevant medical documents or test results.

  • Yes! We have plenty of free parking spaces available for all patients.

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 fee to help cover the time reserved for you and the inconvenience caused to our team.
