  • Yes! We have plenty of free parking spaces available for all patients.

  • If you’ve been in a car accident, your safety comes first. Check for any injuries and call emergency services if needed. Even if you feel fine, some injuries may not appear right away, so it’s important to get a medical assessment as soon as possible.

    Keep all accident details and insurance information, and contact your auto insurance provider to open a claim. If you need rehabilitation, we can help assess your injuries, create a treatment plan, and guide you through the MVA forms and claim process.

  • If you’re injured at work, report the incident to your employer right away, no matter how minor it may seem. This helps protect your WSIB eligibility.

    Seek prompt medical attention to assess the injury and prevent further complications. Your employer will need to submit a WSIB accident report, and you may also need to complete Form 6.
